Strengthening of cones of bridges and overpasses with application of a geocell of GEODOR.

Application of geocell for strengthening of cones of bridges and overpasses, and also slopes of an earthen cloth and natural slopes allows:
To reduce quantity of building materials and it is essential to cut transport expenses;
It is reliable to fix a ground on slopes before formation of a steady cover;
To lower technological expenses for cone strengthening;
To provide durability of a design;
To raise frost resistance;
To prevent carrying out of particles of a ground by a wind and water;
To slow down speed of influence of a surface water;
To provide modern design of strengthening at the expense of use of mosaic structure of the surface, created by cells of a geocell and a choice of filler from rubble of bright colours.

Technology of performance of works the following:

Works begin with a lay-out of a surface of cones.
After that superficial consolidation of a ground and sand electric stamp is spent.

The following technological operation provides packing нетканного cloths. Наткане the cloth consists on all surface of cones cloth Fastening occurs to the help of plastic anchors of GEODOR which step of installation is appointed depending on district and relief conditions. After that installation of geolattices by separate sections in the stretched condition is carried out. Sections are stretched for all width of a design and temporarily fixed on corners and edges.

Fastening of geolattices is carried out by means of anchors of GEODOR.

In the top part of a slope geolattice fastening is carried out in each cell.

Fastening of sections is among themselves carried out by anchors in each section in a direction from top to down, through a cell in a cross-section direction.

The bottom ends of geolattices are got in a trench for concreting of cones.

Last operation is strew geolattices granite rubble.

Filling of cells of a geolattice is carried out in the mechanised way directly from autodump-body trucks and manually, a way засыпания for all thickness and over a lattice on 5 sm by granite rubble of fraction of 5-20 mm.
